Pros: My wife's older HP laptop has been slowing down more and more since I upgraded it to Windows 10. I already upgraded the RAM to 8 GB and that helped. I just replaced the original 500 GB drive (hated to lose that extra space) with this drive; It made a noticeable performance difference! Just the "Shot in the arm" it needed!
Now I know it will never achieve max. SATA 3 speed but; she loves the laptop - it has butterflies on it after all.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this drive.
